launch of a second edition published in English, Spanish, and Italian under the respective titles of <strong>EUROPEAN FARRIERS JOURNAL<\/strong>, <strong>EL HERRADOR<\/strong>, and <strong>INFOR MASCALCIA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"slide-entry-wrap\"><section class='slide-entry av-36frw-499efe24cf6d28bbc8866763070f9832 flex_column av_fullwidth post-entry >2001<\/h3><div class='slide-entry-excerpt entry-content'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>As we moved into the 21st century the world\u2019s only multilingual farriery publication expanded its readership well beyond Europe\u2019s borders. That is why it shed the restrictive adjective \u201cEuropean\u201d to become <strong>THE FARRIERS JOURNAL<\/strong> in January 2001.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"slide-entry-wrap\"><section class='slide-entry av-2ga14-9650a9136d41c2d3a2ecc0c53af0c4a9 flex_column av_fullwidth post-entry slide-entry-overview slide-loop-6 slide-parity-odd  first'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><h3 class='slide-entry-title entry-title '  itemprop=\"headline\" >2004<\/h3><div class='slide-entry-excerpt entry-content'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The changes continued: In June 2004 we began publishing the journal in Dutch (<strong>De Hoef<\/strong>) and Swedish (<strong>HOVSLAGARMAGASINET<\/strong>), still alongside the English text, in a third edition. We now had a trade journal that comes out in seven languages!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"slide-entry-wrap\"><section class='slide-entry av-1xg94-9121bf9ec0ca0c75661979e6353a151f flex_column av_fullwidth post-entry slide-entry-overview slide-loop-7 slide-parity-odd  first'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><h3 class='slide-entry-title entry-title '  itemprop=\"headline\" >1996 \u2013 2017<\/h3><div class='slide-entry-excerpt entry-content'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Dominique Falisse continued to publish <strong>THE FARRIERS JOURNAL<\/strong> in 7 languages for more than three decades, retiring in the spring of 2017.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"slide-entry-wrap\"><section class='slide-entry av-6b6k-5c3e0bd05bdf6763465d74fcba7b4ccd flex_column av_fullwidth post-entry slide-entry-overview slide-loop-8 slide-parity-odd  first'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><h3 class='slide-entry-title entry-title '  itemprop=\"headline\" >2017<\/h3><div class='slide-entry-excerpt entry-content'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>German farrier Florian H\u00e4fner took the company over and is now responsible for editing and publishing <strong>THE FARRIERS JOURNAL<\/strong>. Under his guidance and following the wish of founder Dominique Falisse, language arrangement, layout and content have been renewed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"slide-entry-wrap\"><section class='slide-entry av-3r1w-3124b95ea00357aef8401bd70772008e flex_column av_fullwidth post-entry slide-entry-overview slide-loop-9 slide-parity-odd  first'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><h3 class='slide-entry-title entry-title '  itemprop=\"headline\" >2019<\/h3><div class='slide-entry-excerpt entry-content'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>THE FARRIERS JOURNAL<\/strong> continuous publishing in 7 languages and is send out to readers in 38 countries worldwide. The cooperation with different national farrier associations was increased. In winter 2019 <strong>THE FARRIERS JOURNAL<\/strong> is not only received by all members of 7 European farrier associations but is now as well the official Partner of the EFFA (European Federation of paardensector in 1998 en werkte voor verschillende hoefsmeden en paardentrainers. In 2006, na zijn afstuderen als gediplomeerd hoefsmid, begon hij een hoefsmederij en paardentrainingsbedrijf in Weinsberg\/Duitsland. In 2009 trad hij in dienst bij Werkman Hoefijzers in Groningen\/Nederland. Bij Werkman was hij eerst verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop in Midden-Europa en daarna werd hij hoofd van de afdeling onderzoek &amp; ontwikkeling. In de daaropvolgende jaren was hij betrokken bij wetenschappelijke studies naar het effect van orthopedische hoefijzers, was hij co-auteur van verschillende onderzoekspublicaties en ontwikkelde hij gerelateerde producten zoals de Orthokit\u00ae. 2017 Florian H\u00e4fner verliet Werkman Hoefijzers om eigenaar en redacteur van Farriersjournal UG te worden. 2018 het bedrijf werd verplaatst van Belgi\u00eb naar Duitsland. Momenteel beslaat hij nog steeds \u00e9\u00e9n dag per week paarden en blijft zo verbonden met zijn vak als vakman.
