About Werkman Spring Games
We hope to welcome you at De Postwagen in Tolbert for the Werkman Spring Games, which will be held from 11 to 13 April 2019. There is no other event in the world of farriery that combines the link between knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer and practical application on such a large scale with a horseshoeing competition as the Werkman Spring Games.
The event centres on:
- Presentations of the latest scientific studies in our field
- One of the largest international horseshoeing competitions in the world
- Farriers share their experiences and studies with all visitors
- A pleasant get-together with a rocking evening programme
The traditional Werkman Spring Games comprise a quality programme with lectures by people who have earned their spurs in the world of hoof care, among whom:

About the Contest
The competition part of the Spring Games has become one of the largest competitions in the world. Farriers come from all over to take part in these both educational and super nice days. What can you expect?

- 3 categories; Novice, Intermediate and Open
- Including access to all lectures
- Visit the marketplace to meet suppliers of various tools
- Including lunch and dinner as well as a swinging evening programme on all days
